Drip Drill
A real-time vasopressor titration simulator for ICU nurses, CCRN candidates, and anyone who wants to practice bedside decision-making before the stakes are real.
You get a live patient, a drifting blood pressure, and a clock running about 30× real time. Titrate a vasopressor, give fluids, assess why the pressure won’t come up — and watch your decisions play out on the monitor. The patient responds realistically because the underlying model is built on ICU physiology and the clinical reasoning nurses actually use at the bedside.
This is the demo version. Make the mistakes here, build the pattern recognition, then walk into the unit ready.
Who this is for
- New ICU nurses (first 6–12 months)
- Nurses transitioning into critical care
- CCRN candidates practicing clinical reasoning
- Anyone building confidence with titratable medications
Educational practice only. Drip Drill uses simplified sample physiology and is not a validated simulator, clinical decision tool, or medical advice. Always follow your facility’s protocol, the actual orders, and your own clinical judgment.
▶ Start the shiftVasopressor titration game with a pre-shift nurse-report briefing, a live drifting MAP, and a hidden hypovolemia cause the player must uncover by assessing, leg-raising, and giving fluid rather than only titrating the pressor.
Presets from the SCCT Neuro ICU Audit Helper. Time runs ~30× real. Not medical advice.

This is an early demo. Bugs, physiology that felt wrong, a button you expected and didn’t find — all of it is useful. Comments appear here once reviewed.
